Investment Strategy

AMGC has developed a defined, focused and disciplined strategy to invest in U.S. real estate properties through a real estate investment fund or joint venture platform. The investment thesis targets a single property type in select markets and will invest only in Class A assets. The goal is to achieve above-average risk-adjusted returns over four to five-year holding periods with moderate levels of risk. The strategy is summarized below:

Opportunistic Strategy: Development and repositioning equity investments.

Residential Focus: Multi-family rental and for-sale condominium projects.

Targeted Markets: (i) Supply Constraints – Create value in markets with high barriers to entry; and (ii) Demand Drivers – Exploit robust demand in markets with high employment and population growth and positive demographic trends.

Durable Real Estate: High-quality Class A product at in-fill locations within primary urban submarkets.

Strategic Partner Relationships: Leverage local market knowledge and experience by partnering with top-tier developers and operators.

Risk Mitigation: Avoid entitlement risk, utilize appropriate levels of debt, and actively manage the execution of business plans.

This investment strategy presents international investors with a great opportunity to diversify into U.S. dollar-denominated assets. The U.S. has the largest real estate market in the world and is characterized by market stability, steady growth, sophisticated capital markets, an established legal system, transparency and a high degree of liquidity. AMGC believes that these attributes provide the opportunity for attractive risk-adjusted returns.

• Multi-family New Construction
• Multi-family assets to re-position
• Condominiums in urban in-fill locations
• Urban M-F development sites with entitlements
